生态环境部日前发布《自然保护地生态环境调查与观测技术规范》（下称《技术规范》），自11月1日起施行。本标准规定了自然保护地生态环境调查与观测的指标、技术要求和方法。《技术规范》从生物多样性、生态系统服务功能、环境质量、自然条件与灾害和人为活动等5个方面，综合“天空地”各种观测技术手段的特点和优势，形成了全方位、立体化的调查与观测技术体系。
